When I feel an anxiety attack, I can have pain and discomfort in my stomach and many other parts of my body. Please try to contact your doctor an antacid like OTC Pepcid or Nexium might help or perhaps a special diet. Good luck

When I feel an anxiety attack coming up it triggers "Globus Sensation" in my throat to where it's very hard to swallow anything and it feels as if I have a big lump in the back of my throat. During that feeling, I am unable to eat so if I'm hungry I won't eat, then I will get nauseous because I'm hungry, which leads to me throwing up acid due to my body being hungry. It's an evil cycle and that keeps giving. I also notice my body temperature increases significantly and I often feel very clammy and in need of cool air circulation. I understand what you are going through and it's crazy to think something that is a mental illness can ultimately effect our body physically as well. I started taking medication and have therapy sessions once a week and even though it hasn't completely stopped my anxiety, It has made me feel better as well as find different relaxing methods and ways to cope with dealing with it. You are not alone and if you ever need someone to talk to i'm here!! 😊
