I'm suffering with seasonal depression. I'm suffering with anxiety as well but I found my greatest relief reading a passage from the bible. It soothed me and helped me to relax. Spiritual healing is what I received tonight and I'm so grateful. Please be safe everyone, if your traveling for the holidays be alert and aware of your surroundings.
