I have had a headache for the last month or so. It feels like a tight band around my whole head..does anyone suffer with these types of headaches. I know I have been really stressed the last month or so and my anxiety has been super high

Hi. Stress affects different people in different ways. For me it’s a band around my chest. For others it’s digestive issues. Etc. If you can get to a doc just to check it out that would be ideal. That might help you feel more relaxed.....

Mine is due to sinus headaches. Also what kind if mask do you wear? The ones that I wore (wasn't cloth) ,like the nurses wear, do loosen up and particles can go up the nose and causes some people headaches.
