My Mood Swings

I'm not Depressed though but i was in that state for a long time.. Now it's confusing whether is still teasing me?

Mmm I don't know there my friend. What do u think? I did not have depression until a very dark place in my life. I did not have mood swings. The People I stay with don't know I suffer from depression because they know nothing about it but there are days where I just want to be left alone like my mood just changes. Before depression I was a happy lurk. So in my experience I would say I started with moods wings after depression but I just try to control it in order not to burden those I am around. I don't know ur case, tell me ur story
