zap feeling in head

hi guys,

Still dealing with Anxiety issues but last night I got so scared even my cheeks was tingle and my legs, because I was online in a class and felt a zap or vibration in the back left side of my head I literally jumped because I was frightened, no pain just the sudden feeling. Anyone ever felt that before? I looked it up and saw that it can happen during withdrawal from a antidepressants but the only thing I take when my anxiety is bad is half of 3mg lexaton, but I have been taking this for a while 12 pills lasts me for over six months to a year so can this be withdraw still?
