NikeYrk, Thank you for your enlightening post.

I believe in this wholeheartedly.. When I became Agoraphobic,

it was the "avoidance" that made my world smaller and smaller.

Once I learned to go forward despite the fear, a new world opened

up for me where I learned "Life is Good" xx
