It's has been a long time since using clinical interventions, knock on wood if that stuff really exists. Utilizing in person self help groups have been a major contributor in recapturing my life. I was told that employment, marriage and a few other things would most likely not happen. Well, I increased my personal responsibility, started using good supports you know the ones that supported wellness and change. I reinforced my commitment to improving myself and most important aspect was finding something to hope for.
These are the cornerstones of rebuilding my life, in spite of mental illness
