I have been taking Citalopram for over a week. Starting to feel a bit better but waking up in the morning really shaky takes me an hour to get out of bed. Has anyone had experience of this and does it pass?

Most antidepressants will take around 6 weeks to get into your system so you have a little way to go. Hang in there, it should (cannot guarantee 100%) get better.
