Hello general public, I just wanted to say that all of you quarantined by yourself or with others and it's worsening your mental health, you're not alone. Please, keep your head up! Stay strong! Soon all this BS will be over and we will all breathe free again.
There is always hope in times like this, even if it's small. I believe in you all.

Pavement, so thoughtful. Thank you for reaching out. This is pressing us way past our comfort level, right?? I, especially, appreciate knowing someone is still out there and awake like me tonite. Take good care.
What a beautiful reminder! A friend also reminded me today when we are fearful we get more selfish rather than more generous. Instead, we should intentionally be available to help! We have an opportunity to write the ending of our story during this crisis...one in which we are proud of ourselves. We can heroes...not in narcissistic ways...but in a patient, generous, non-judgmental, compassionate ways. We have decisions to make...is this my best self in the midst of this crisis?
If we want to be the best person we can be during this crisis, we have to try to change our thoughts so we can change our behaviors. We have to renew our minds. We have to make conscientious efforts to "Take every thought captive" and then act out of hope rather than fear. We have to try to choose hope, faith, love, and joy. Maybe this crisis has the silver lining that we can start a new way of thinking and then our actions will be not only less anxious, but more helpful and generous. Let's write great endings!
