I see there is a new group on face book especially about this. I am joining it. It is to share info but also for those who are isolated because of it.

There's lots of those groups out there so just be careful, and research any information posted, as unfortunately there is some false information out there simply because the world doesn't have a unified communication system so stuff gets confusing.

Perhaps find one for your area and join that as you know the info on there will be relevant to you and your area, it also avoids over stimulation from too much info.

There are some good small companies setting up online yoga and meditation, I may look into those.

There are not any for our area. And I know the person who set this group up very well.
