I've had that feeling in 2018 lasted almost 6 months then subsided , I dont get it anymore but definitely was uncomfortable and realy hard for me to concentrate. Just know these things will pass in time.🙏
I do I've been noticing it alot recently mine is very subtle but I've been realizing that when I'm in a serious conversation or in the middle of an intense gaming session where my anxiety spikes I rock back and forth slightly while rubbing my leg
Are you dizzy @ all? I have heard that associated with relaxing..could be your meds if you're on any..def ask your doctor about it. Note the time of day what you're doing when it happens..
I was dizzy for a bit, rocking in my head, but that went away. It moved from my neck to my waist. I sway so much.
Doctors cant find a thing. Say I'm depressed but I'm not.
No doctor's see only the outside. They can't find a thing because they're not looking hard enough. Research your meds on drugs.com and get a doctor to refer you for an MRI
MRI done, not on much medication. However I'm trying my best to hang in there. I'm a full time cancer patient. Which my treatments did not work. I will continue think positive even tho awful thoughts come to mine.
One day at time,
