I wouldn't recommend stopping any medication suddenly

Mirtazapine do give you an appetite as well as helping you sleep. So i suppose that if you do stop the Mirtazapine ,you won't have such an appetite. You might not even notice that you're not eating so much. Hence it could?? cause weight loss. PERHAPS. x.

Quite likely as they do give mirtazapine to people suffering with anorexia. It is best tapered off.
