Hi Gerrerd, when I was in Therapy 30 years ago, and also worked at the center, we gave lots of hugs, Doc taught me to give them, saying we needed 3 hugs a day to be healthy, So as I live by myself and do not go out each day, I give myself a hug. So I send you 3 hugs for today. We love you here and follow you, so keep up the good work....Sprinkle 1.....

Hi Gerrerd, yes we give lots of hugs over here, they feel so nice, so yes come over we would be glad to hug you. I send you 3 hugs right now, hope you can feel them it is late afternoon for you. I am surprised England has not caught on to that, it started about 40 years ago for me. I give them to people that would like one, Friday I was at the hospital for a test, ultrasound it took about 40 mins, as the tech. was about to walk me out, I asked her if she would like and hug and she said Yes, so we hugged each other, it felt so nice. For me it helps to make my day. So as usual I send You Love & Big Hugs....Sprinkle 1....

Smiles are out? My Mother taught me to smile at people when I was a child and say hello. What is going on in England?? I smile at people here every time I am around people.
