Oh goodness chest tightness, sharp pains, achy pains, horrible burning sensations, horrible cold sensations, fluttering, pounding heart, racing heart. The whole 9 yards. Anxiety is a beast. Always check your breathing when you’re having those symptoms. Sometimes it’s just a matter of getting your breathing back on track.
