I never thought I'd find a group that would give me more than some generic bs responses to my posts and I seem to have found it here. Thank you. In return, I'd like to become more active in the group in the way of commenting and being candid and detailed in my posts. Hopefully, I can be as helpful as some of you. Thanks again.

Isn't it great to find people that genuinely truly understand what your going through!! We can speak truthfully about how we're feeling here without fear of upsetting anyone or getting a negative response. All of this helps with the healing process. People need people 🌈🙂

Hey dude, I'm glad to hear you've found the community to be as engaged and responsive as I did when I first joined. Great people, this lot.

I think the poems and songs you've shared so far have served as a gateway to your story and what has brought you here.

Oh, and speaking of those poems, I've been reading the ones new to me and rereading the ones with which I am already familiar...then rereading the less-familiar ones ("Elk Ridge" and "De Colores" being standouts). You have an ear for the art of verse that makes me return to them.
