Hey everyone! I'm 18 and I recently decided to join a support group online because I'm not able to get help in real life. I did get help but then later was not able to afford it.. In the past I had severe depression but in present day it has lightened up a bit and I'm mildly depressed now. I also have generalized anxiety disorder. It sucks when I get random anxiety attacks during school :/ everyone looks at me as if I'm weak. Which is the reason I don't show much emotions in school anymore. But ppl are still nice. If anyone is open to talk that'd be awesome ! I need tips on how to calm down during anxiety attacks and how to feel less lonely.. Thank you. (:

Hello! If you need anyone to talk to, I'm here and we can talk about your anxiety and your panic attacks. It's a subject I'm very familiar with. What I can tell you is that it is a different battle for everyone, but some things do help. I've been dealing with anxiety and panic attacks for what seems a very long time...and I'll tell you this: anxiety does not make you weak, nor should you ever feel that way.
