Hi Everyone. I'm new and just wanted to introduce myself. I've been struggling with depression and anxiety for years now. Sometimes I actually feel better and enjoy life, but more often than not I feel depressed and anxious and it scares me how much of my life is being engulfed by this. Thanks for listening
