So what's going on Julia?
You must feel pretty desperate - has a relationship broken down - or have had you had some bad news which has affected you. If you have not been sleeping, this can be a trigger factor for your mental health. Thinking of you - hope you find a diversion to ease this anxiety and depression. Reading a magazine or listening to calming music might help.
If you have skipped meals make sure you have something to eat and drink.
