I’m curious if anyone here has used the free app Moodpath?
I’ve been using it consistently since mid December & it’s been helpful in different ways.
In addition to asking me questions throughout the day & logging in my feelings & experiences, it also generates weekly overviews & biweekly summarizes that can be printed out in the form a letter that can then be shared with your Doctor &/or Therapist/Counselor.
The app also offers insights, courses, mediations, & more!
According to my daily entries, it says I’ve been in a “severely depressive episode” consistently, except a 2 week period where it went up to a “moderate depressive episode” & then back down to “severe” again.
It’s been rough & I’m drowning at times, but I’m riding the waves in this moment. 🏄🏾♀️
Apps like Moodpath & this lovely app have been so helpful for me.
They offer support, connection, and a sense of accountability.
I can also share the information with My Wife which has been helpful too.
