Has anyone tried acupuncture for anxiety? I’m going sunday and I don’t know what to expect.

Yes! It was a few years ago, but my daughter's depression was getting pretty bad. Even though she was on medication, I had a bad feeling. Paid for 5 sessions. First session was like a miracle....she wasn't cured but it help her to turn the corner. Best thing about accupuncture is no side effects. Good luck.

How did it feel? Did it help?? I tried so many things too. I tried hypnotherapy before and so many other things. If it doesn’t help DO NOT GET DISCOURAGED. Somehow the more things you try the better it gets. Try different things and something will eventually click!
