Hello Gerrard,

I didn't know what they were until you post this, so had a look on YouTube and wow the comments are amazing. And also listening to this makes you feel relaxed the sound is lovely.

I am yet to read on further, but think everyone should at least give this a go.

Ive tried everything to improve my well being. Still looking for more. Frequency tech is very helpful. Namaste
