Like a huge magnet the couch with its me shaped indention pulls me in
The effort required to move realistically is no more than normal but reality and normal are off the table
I set knowing what I have to/need to/must do but knowing is all I seem to do
The Letting Myself and Everyone else Down Ship sailed long ago, capsized and is now slowly sinking into a sea of my own guilt and shame
Yet I laugh, perhaps because I have Great Coping Skills (or other reasons).
Today is heavy, my body is heavy, obligations and guilt help pull me off this comfy stinky couch
