Buddhism meditation is great for me 😊
I meditate and practice mindfulness therapy everyday and it works wonders for me.. It's cheap therapy that you can do yourself. There is a lot of free support and guidance online. Google this search term "mindfulness for anxiety" or "mindfulness for depression" Here are two links if u are curious then you can go from there. Practice everyday. Good luck ✌️😎
