Gerrard, thank you for being on this site and continuing to put information out there. It helps to see someone who has struggled with these issues and has come through the other side. It can be really difficult to take a Dr or therapist word for it when you k now they have never experienced it for themselves. I read through your bio and just want to let you know I appreciate you being here and any advice you have is welcomed. When I make it through this I hope to do the same and stay active on here to help others.
