I have been going through other people's posts and it seems like we are all have an increase with anxiety and depression. What is going on? We all like in different parts of the world, yet so many of us seem to be going through the same thing. It is almost creepy that we are different ages, living in different places and have different experiences yet so many of us are saying things have been worse lately. Any thoughts?
