Hello, II was on Zoloft for 10 years and had no complaints, unfortunately I built up a tolerance to it, same thing happened with Prozac. Now I am in a mess as we try to find something to deal with my depression and anxiety. There is a test your Dr. can do for you Gensense a swab if taken inside your mouth, sent to the lab and they come back with a list of drugs that are good, not so good and no no, for your body. It is worth looking into, I had it done in Oct and only 2 drugs showed suitable for me, Dr. put me on one and I am having No side affects Hope this helps to answer your question. I started Zoloft 50mg 3 weeks ago, then started at 100mg today for GAD and OCD. Only side effects I had for the first 2 days was nausea and feeling tired and a little out of it. I was previously on Buspar but it did not work for me.
