I’m better off

Why should I live if I can’t be an individual. I have my family using and abusing me everyday then I go home where my husband is abusive. I can’t get away I can’t say what I want bc of fear. This is no way to live I’m better off

You have to get the right help and support in order to start the process of becoming healthy mentally and emotionally.

Is your husband physically and emotionally abusive? Do you want to leave him and the Home?

There are options for you. The longer you continue to stay in any negative situation the worse off you’ll be. You’ve got to find someone you can trust to help you and that may not be someone you know.
