Anxiety from working with male figures

I grew up in a pretty tough home, my parents were loud and yelling a lot. I am now scared of working with male figures, anyone have that?

I can't get over the fact that maybe they will hurt me out of the blues one day. I'm so sick of not being able to have a peace of mind at work and not being able to go to work.
