Hair loss

Sorry you’re having this problem. I’ve no experience of it because despite being on it as well with cancer meds that cause thinning, mine’s still a thick and unruly mop. Could it be Genetics? Age? Maybe need Nourishing shampoo /treatments to keep scalp healthy. It’s like the warfarin has speeded up a natural process by thinning the blood. Best wishes.
Hair loss can be a side effect of taking warfarin, a blood thinner, although it's considered a rare occurrence; this hair loss is usually attributed to a condition called telogen effluvium, where the hair follicles enter a resting phase due to stress, which in this case could be related to the medication itself or the underlying medical condition requiring warfarin use.
(NHS University Hospital, Southampton) Suggest: Occasionally some patients experience nausea, diarrhoea, rash, or hair loss. If any of these symptoms occur please report them to your GP or the anticoagulation clinic. It is important to continue taking all medicines prescribed for you.
I've got the diarrhoea. But after 30 years plus on Warfarin.
Allmy best wishes.
