Hi everyone

I have APS and on warfarin and clopidogrel . On the 5th I had a breast biopsy so was bridged with Heparin. 3 days after op I had a bleed at the biopsy site and ended up having emergency surgery to remove 500ml haematoma . Bridged again for two weeks after surgery and was told to start warfarin on Saturday and bridge until inr over 2. ( not there yet ) normal my range is 3.5-4. But I can feel my breast going solid again like it did after biopsy .Has anyone had problems after surgery and how was it dealt with ?

Omg that’s what happened to me have cancer and have had a radical hysterectomy was bridged between heparin and warfarin. I should have been in hospital 5 days! Was in 21 days Hematomas we’re actually falling out me it was an absolute nightmare. My op was 16th July all bleeding finally stopped 1 wk ago. The hematomas were so large they had to be removed. My INR still all over the place haematology still calling every 3 days 😩
