Tattoo whilst on blood thinners. Yes I had a tattoo on my foot whilst taking Apixaban, and i didnt bleed or have any problems.

did you have to get a letter from a Dr to say it was ok?

No I didn't I just took extra precautions to avoid infection, and looked out for bleeding and bruising, I was lucky I had none
