T3 and magnesium / electrolyte supplements: I messed up, but is it just the supplements to blame?
I have been on the same dose of T4 and T3 for the last 7 months ( T4: 82mcg and T3:22.5 mcg). I was then diagnosed with ADHD end of April and started taking Lisdexamfetamine plus electrolyte supplements. (Magnesium citrate, plus : Electrolyte complex - Ingredients: Calcium salts of orthophosphoric

short release vs fast release meds ??
I originally started on concerta on two different doses and felt that it made my anxiety so bad even after giving it an adjustment period, so I was switched to
dexamfetamine
aspen fast release with 2 x 5mg every 3 hours.

Elvanse, Dexamfetamine sulfate and sleep
I don’t know if I should take a teeny
dexamfetamine
dose in the afternoon or go back to an even lower Elvanse dose than I started on. I know that I have a doctor that I can ask this of but its also useful to hear others’ experiences. Thank you!

Question about stimulant medication efficacy
Question about stimulant medication efficacy. Hello, I was diagnosed with ADHD within the past year. I've taken Ritalin and Dexamphetamine during that period. When it came time to report back to my psychiatrist, I always felt that there was no noticeable difference in my ability to accomplish the tasks

Elvanse and Dexamphetamine
Hi there - I have been on 20mg of Elvanse for a month which is working well. I want to sleep by 2pm though so my dr is putting me on a 5mg top up of dexamphetamine. Does anyone have experience of this? Will it get me through to the end of the day better?

Bear in mind I also take

Thyroid meds and ADHD meds time clash
My questions are whether there is any information as to whether Lisdexamfetamine and
Dexamfetamine
actually interfere with the absorption of T3 (or T4 if I swap)? Should I try taking T3 and T4 at different times of the day entirely?

Methylphenidate SR (extended release Ritalin) How long until I know if it works?
I was diagnosed back in June. I started off by taking Vyvanse and worked all the way up to 70mg, I liked it. I never experienced euphoria on it. No bad side effects. However, I only got about 5ish hours out of it. I asked my doc about dexamphetamine (I phrased it vyvanse without the lysine) but I was

The battle
To say the battle would be an understatement. I'm everyone here can understand agree that at some point it's not been easy, felt alone the stigma still firmly planned in the mine ADD / ADHD meant you just needed to be treated with harder discipline and often left out of things and you can't help but
