Hey all, first time poster here. been diagnosed as a child, witb ADHD, and updated diagnosis 2 months ago of adult adhd. i have been put on medication. Namely dexamphetamine sulfate. i have been told to take 3x5mg tablets in morning, and afternoon. i found this medication effective, for around 6 weeks. now i feel it is doing nothing. i asked my phyciatrist about the dose, and body weight, as i am 95kg. he said doseage has to do with body weight / height, and said i am on a low dose. does anyone here have experience with dex, and it losing effectiveness quickly? i can no longer talk with him about medication adjustments, as he has retired.

Generics are not made the same. It sounds like the last generic you got was less effective. Unfortunately, a lot of people are experiencing the same problems with some generic Adderall as you are
