Dr Terry Wahls workshop

Hi everyone!

I just noticed that Dr Wahls has a "Remyelination Workshop" that can be purchased on her website. Has anyone seen this, if so, do you feel it is worth the price? FYI, I am on the Wahl's Protocol, and have lost nearly 30 lbs, and am, overall, feeling better.

Thanks in advance!

Jeff

I haven’t thought about that way of eating for quite a while. Interesting you bring it up again.

I mean, I don’t eat ridiculously different than it, but definitely not as strict.

Thanks for your reply! My wife is doing it with me, which makes it much more possible (bless her). We both feel much better in general. I don't know if it is really helping my legs, but any progress would be slow for sure!

Diet and exercise. Who knew? Good stuff!

I'll be honest, I completely discounted Wahls. Never took that diet seriously. Surprising for me because I'll try absolutely anything. But this just seemed to be in the Lorenzo's Oil league, i.e. it plain doesn't work (for us).

But there have been plenty of studies if Wahls and muchos other diets:

ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articl...

Check this one from 2023. No actual, definitive answer, and Wahls has some real risks. I eat really healthily anyway, but I'm looking into this properly now.

Not really holding my breath though.

Multiple Sclerosis diets.
