Hello,

I have finished the II phase, now I am on II phase extension getting MIN102 last three months. I am not feeling any improvements.
Everyone has finished with Phase II of the trial however, Minorex hasn’t finished their analysis and let anyone know whether we were on the active drug or placebo. Hoping to find out early 2021. All of us who agreed to participate in Phase III of the trial are now for sure on the actual drug. I personally do not notice anything much different in the last 2 years and 3 months but improvement or reversal of symptoms was never a potential outcome. The only hope or goal was to slow down or stop the progression - which maybe it did exactly that.
Are you experiencing common symptoms described by some such as edema and weight gain, etc.? I figure that those on the real drug experienced this.
How do I get the min-102 ?
Those who are on it are participating in Phase III Min-102 trial. I am going back on the trial due to adult onset ALD and see if it will reduce my lesions, thus, contribute to science for us all regardless of my outcome.
Good news:
The European Medicines Agency (EMA) granted leriglitazone orphan drug designation in 2016, and the U. S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) in 2017. The FDA also granted leriglitazone fast track designation in January 2020.
Hopefully, it will be available soon for all.
