How do we all feel about animal experiments in the name of medical science?

I’m a huge animal lover, but I suppose I’m a bit of a hypocrite really, because I do sometimes eat meat. I am questioning that though. As for using animals for testing, I hate it, and I am totally against it. Some may think this a bit extreme, but I’d be happy if paedophiles were used. Animals are so innocent, and just plain perfect. They do not deserve to suffer.

MIN-102 started on a mouse model and as selfish as it is, I am thankful for the sacrifice of the mouse. BUT At the same time, I would love to know how the mouse is doing today?? (Most likely no longer with us, but you never know!)

Definitely a double edged sword.
