Hi Abdallah, we haven't replied yet to your question because we are not sure what exactly you are asking. Baclofen is a drug that is often prescribed to help with spasticity in the legs. If a doctor is prescribing baclofen, this doesn't necessarily mean that your AMN is getting worse. The progress in AMN symptoms will usually only be noticed after time measured in years.
