I have terrible aches in my head, I feel like my bones in my brain are aching. Is this related to baclofen. Anyone went through a similar situation. I withdrew from baclofen about two months ago gradually.

I doubt it, Baclofen is incredibly mild compared to the likes of Diazepam or Clonazepam, Gabapentin, even.
But then again, you never know. All depends on how long you took Baclofen and at what dosage.
You should talk to a doctor.
