Visited a session at DHI Global - i wasn't happy to undergo taking tablet; Propecia and the concept of taking hair from side and implanting scares me.
Further on, visited Advance Hair Studio - their method of using Minoxidil put me off a bit as i always get migraine headache with Minoxidil + Laser treatment i hear you got to carry on for life to have any result..
Please advise any other options or which method would you recommend..?

I think that the best thing to do would be to conduct your own research on the pro's and con's of all available treatments then, if you have any unanswered questions, ask the prescribing doctor to answer them.
When you have a good understanding of all the options then you will be in a good position to make the decision of what is right for you.
I had experienced that before and I thought i was going bald but I'm happy to meet Reloxe and used their Natural hair regrowth and it totally grown back my hair within few months!
