2 months on from taking my Viviscal pills and my patches have been filling in with lengths of 1-2 inches of hair. It is not yet as thick as I should like but it is early days. Alongside the vit pills I am having a healthier diet(less sugary foods). More fish, fruit veg, salad items. I also take multi vits. Expensive pills but I really recommend them. Sorry if anyone else is suffering with Alopecia out there. It can be distressing at times as well I know. I think humour can be a great help in dealing with the problem, this and some good supportive friends/family members. There is HOPE for everyone. I tried many different things before these pills. Nothing has worked as well. My fingers are crossed. GOOD HEALTH and HAPPINESS to all. x
