Medically induced zombie looking for help

Is anyone else on Pregabalin and if so, how do you cope with 'zombiefying' side effects? I spend most of my working day on a computer and sometimes I feel like I can barely keep my eyes open. I'm also on Celecoxib and Topiramate. The tiredness is really getting to me and sometimes I actually feel stoned! It's ridiculous.

Hi there, I think it may have a lot to do with the combination of meds you are taking. Topiramate for example tiredness is one of the side effects.

I am not medically qualified. But if tiredness is a side effect of your other meds it stands to reason your going to feel wiped out.

If It was me I would go back and have a word with my GP. Many people also find it hard to tolerate the side effects of pregabalin. Your doctor may change it for something else.

oh I have been on Pregablin 150mg morning & night for years, I don’t have those side effects are you sure it’s not because of the mixture your on, I don’t know what the others are for, only can speak about pregablin and I don’t feel any different maybe because I have been on it a long time, However I not working either, because I couldn’t do my area manager role any longer because I was soooo tired I was falling asleep at the wheel. Hope you soon feel better, this heat definitely not helping either.

I had to to come off pregablin ,because it amplified my pain and found it hard to function on it ,Although I am in pain and there are other issues ,I feel better off them ,.I wish you all the best in getting it all sorted , and get yourself on a even keel ,despite all he side effects from your meds .
