Well didn't really no what to do so I'm coming here as have no family to talk to i havent spoken to any of my family including my 5 children in 9 years and yes its been hell, I consider people on here to be my surrogate family as i dont do facebook or social media, some might think this is silly but I'm a very compassionate person and with my depression and anxiety I find certain things hard to take on board and feel overwhelmingly upset, so just red that tv presenter Caroline flack is dead she's commit suicide and though I didn't no her personally I see her everyday on celeb news and headlines and no she's been through a very traumatic time lately and went down a bit of a poop path, it's made me really really sad to think that she had no one she could go to and talk to or that she didn't ask for help, another life wasted and another family distraught, I just wanted to tell everyone no matter what there is ALWAYS someone to talk even if you just want to sit with some one and not talk just be with another human, there's ALWAYS someone anytime night or day, just reach out please nothing is worth your life ending, To everyone and anyone who needs a hug, a hand held or just a smile, I love you all, stay safe, and stay strong through pain and suffering and be kind to one another, all my love and biggest hugs to you all, R.I.P Caroline flack xxxxxx

Oh I am so sorry and do understand. That's so sad you have been unable to talk with your 5 children. Me and my only daughter have not spoken for over 20 years. So yes I can empathise with you even though our not talking is completely mutual.

This is the first I have heard of Caroline Flacks death how sad. She seemed such a strong minded lady. I never watched Love Island. But I did see her on Strictly.

Its so sad and again I can empathise. I myself lost my niece aged 44 she was buried yesterday.

No one ever knows what others are suffering with that's why I always try not to judge.

I am glad you feel comfortable enough to come here to talk. I hope everyone reading this please know you can come here if you feel the need to talk. Your right Claire No one should ever feel alone. A problem shared is a problem halved. And I am a great believer in talking things over.

My thoughts are with anyone who is suffering right now πŸ˜”πŸ˜”

Thank you momo this means the world to me in so many ways and I wish I could give a massive cuddle in person right now but sending 1 instead, I'm so sorry for the loss of your niece, the world is a cruel cruel place sometimes and makes me take a step back and think how life can be here 1 minute then gone the next, I've got to a place in my life where I'm ok over the whole not having seen my children in so long and I guess I've learned to live with it, I dream of them every night and it hurts when I wake up and their not there it's almost like I mourning them but I keep going and will continue to keep going and fighting the depression in memory of people such as Caroline flack a beautiful young lady with the world at her feet but the world consumed her God rest her sole, let's hope 1 day things will change with our children, all my love to you momo your a fantastic lady with massive heart 😚😚

I think we have to try and stay in the moment and deal with each day as it comes. πŸ˜˜πŸ€—πŸ€—

Thank you Lynne, your a very kind lady. My daughter chose her own path. And she's never changed in 20 years. But we both understand each other and we have never had any friction or arguments . Yes of course I wish things had turned out differently but they didn't. That's life I guess.

She may be my daughter but she's also an individual in her own right. She therefore has to except the consequences for her actions just like everyone else as too IMO also she's no longer a child she's 43.

I hope you have a peaceful Sunday 😘

Good morning Fibro nice to meet you :) No one knows the truth behind the things that people or papers may say about others thats for sure. But if we read and believe what we see in the papers. The young lady seemed to have been a troubled soul most of her life. But only one person will ever know what made her take her life. What ever it may have been it is very tragic that's for sure 😌

If anyone reading this post feel they may also need someone to talk with privately. May I recommend they call the Samaritans help line. You will find there help line on the link below xx

I hope you have a good day Fibro and Storm Dennis is not causing too much damage where you are πŸ€žπŸ€žπŸ€—

I completely agree 100% i have personally been experiencing neighbour bullying since last year and I can talk from personal experience. No matter how strong a person is it can really drag you down.

The sad thing is I think their attitude towards me started simply because they don't understand my illness and they really don't want to.

They don't know me they know nothing about me. Yet they can judge me. Some people IMO need to take a serious look at themselves and to go get a life.

They say the pen is mightier than the sword and boy is that true. Fortunately I'm a strong person and really enjoy my own company 😊 And I really wouldn't consider having such toxic people in my life. Stay warm and safe πŸ€—

β€’ in reply toDizzytwo

I've experienced it too, people can be so cruel and unkind, when they know absolutely nothing about you!?

I am enjoying my own company now, especially since I've been made redundant, as you say better than having toxic people in your life and it's no good for our health condition/s.

Not many people understand fibromyalgia, we don't look ill, so therefore we are not ill, ignorant. Not many caring people out there unfortunately, it's sad but true. X
