Figuring out my food intolerance

i'm a severe fibromyalgia sufferer and have recently had a bad bout of what i think was costochondritis, whenever i do i barley eat and when i do its nothing solid, i also find i have what also feels like hunger cramps that are border line painful which means when i do it i have to stop, usually liquid forms of food is what i tolerate best.

when my costochondritis calmed i had a very bad stomach after drinking milk, the only dairy i've had in month is cheese and its been in small portions so i don't know if the reaction to milk was random or a reaction due to my body not tolerating it. i've also had a few days of bloat and stomach and rib pain after eating meals including carbs. I'm thinking of trying to change my diet and add each food group to see if and what is causing my reactions. does anyone know the best way to do this? or if this is common in fibro sufferers or if its not intolerance but a fibro complication im not picking up on.

Sounds like dairy intolerant

Best get tests done at

Drs

I don't have any dairy wheat or gluten

So food is an uphill struggle

I also have sals and histamine intolerance

Fibro can give mixed signs

But for me not touching all these e.g. milk cheese gluten wheat is helping my tummy

Good luck

I went gluten free. Over three years ago best thing i did. Had migraines from 12 years old now i only get one maybe two a year. I do think it helps the Fibromyaglia. I do have a dairy and meat intolerance so i eat fish no meat. No milk, creams rich ice creams. I do eat cheese and butter but small quantities maybe best to keep a foid diary with symptoms. Then eliminate the food when you react. That's what i have done.
