I have Fibromyalgia and debilitating exhaustion. Can anyone suggest how they manage this. Can it get better? It has really impacted my life. Thank you

I finding pacing myself, meditation, yoga stretching helps me. On a good day I do only one activity during the day...go to the beach, lunch with friends, 20 minute walk...Then I know the next day is a rest day. I sit on the couch and do quiet activities read, jewelry, ... This helps me conserve and build up energy so I do not feel worse. I do not multitask and keep my stress level low as stress steals my energy,. I am better at saying “No” and educating people on my illness. I wake up and do 7 gentle yoga stretches. Next I do yoga breathing as I progressively relax all muscles and quiet my mind. Throughout the day, I take 3 deep diaphragm breaths then do a set of 3 breaths again as needed. If muscles feel tight, I gently stretch them during the day. I listen to positive podcasts and read inspirational stories. Depression can make you more tired. I practice gratefulness, even though my life is a lot more limited. These are the things I can control to give more quality to my life. I feed my soul with nature outings . I am picky about my chosen activities because I do not have energy for many. I stick with positive people and positive experiences. My house is a lot more messy, but I would rather spend my limited energy on enjoying life. Last, I try to be gentle with myself and cry when I need to. ❤️
