Any advise would be much appreciated.

Many thanks

Welcome to the AFMCG Community! :)

Sorry to hear your wife has been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and struggles with her sleep. It is known that people with Fibro often have insomnia and even with sleep it is non restorative as we seem to miss out on that deep sleep stage. I actually take Zopiclone to help me sleep on occasion and adopting good sleep hygiene ie no screens one hour before sleep, warm bath, comfortable environment, writing down worries, adequate pain relief etc and using techniques like progressive muscle relaxation might help too. Do let us know how she is doing? :)

I wondered if I could draw your attention to a post entitled 'How do I lock posts so only members of this community can read them?' as I see this post is not locked. All the information you need should you wish to lock it can be found in the post below;

I look forward to your reply
