Hi all. Well I was having a ok ish pain day yesterday so o thought I'd strip the bathroom walls , due to being let down by the decorator. Well it started of ok it's inky a small bathroom I got a 1/3 of it of and by now the pain is kicking in. Hubby told me to leaveit and finish it another day. But Me being me no wall was going to beat me. Had a few stop starts but eventually finished it. Feeling pleased with myself. Cleaned up showered but now I'm feeling the pain. The pain in my shoulder and back Is crippling. Not felt pain in my shoulder like this for a long time. I may of accomplished the bathroom but in doing so ive done myself no favours. Note 2 one self pace yourself as if don't i know the outcome . Damn fibromyalga is winning again. 😳

I completely understand. I have a horrible time with pacing myself. When I feel decent I want to get as much done as I can because of how far behind I feel & the fear of how long it will be until I can do something again. Then Fibro kicks me in the butt & reminds me of the fact it tells me my limits.

Hiya. That me, it's like it reminds me that it's in control not me. I'm damned if this fibro is going to control my whole life. 😃
