Fibromyalgia skin rash

Hi all I have Fibromyalgia and I have a terrible skin rash, I have been fighting it for many months I was just wondering if anyone else has a skin rash on their face or all over their body mind is all over and is almost like acne.

i have just been suggested as having fibro and researching info. i have coeliac to oand looked to see if its an autoimmune disorder which it isnt but did find lupus info which describes some similar symptoms with a rash commonly across the face like a butterfly which differentiates milder symtoms from those of fibro. hope that helps
