Hello (and thank you for reading),
I am unsure whether this is the correct forum for this post. If it is not, I would be grateful for direction. Thank you.
My Present Condition:
I am presently suffering from what has been termed, "post [covid] vaccination syndrome". The symptoms associated with the syndrome have persisted for almost 4 years now, persistent headaches and brain fog resulting in an inability to perform even basic functions. To my knowledge, I have never actually contracted the Covid virus.
Seeking the following advice:
See the 'Medical History' section below for the (full) context of the advice that I seek. After being unable to source Ivermectin medication from medical professionals, I have found a vet who has provided me with the medication "Noromechtin (Ivermectin 1.87%w/w)". It is a paste which is designed for the treatment of large animals (horses).
I understand that (should I decide to use this medication), that I will have to carefully calibrate the amount of the medication that I consume. It is absurd that it has come to this (see the 'Medical History' section below), but with no medical support and the condition persisting, I believe it is my best course and reasonably safe.
I would value any opinion and/or advice, specifically advice on how best to calibrate the amount of this medication that I should consume. My GP did eventually compromise on providing me with some information, information on what dosage of Ivermectin I should take - in tablet form, this was to be between 3 mg to 6 mg daily.
Thank you again in advance for your help / advice.
Regards,

--- MEDICAL HISTORY ---
Vaccinations:
I received the AstraZeneca 1st vaccination on the 18th of March, 2021. I had a bad reaction to the vaccine but this only lasted for one day.
I received the 2nd AstraZeneca vaccination on the 28th of May, 2021. I did not have a bad reaction on the day of the vaccination nor on the following day. I started to experience severe headaches (with other symptoms) 7-10 days post 2nd vaccination however (On a pain scale of 1 to 10, the headaches were a 9). These symptoms (in some form) persist to this day. I had some cardiac issues (causing me severe anxiety) in the third year, but these episodes have since subsided. I have had no chest (lung) issues.
[ I received a Pfizer Booster vaccine on 21st December, 2021 with no immediate adverse symptoms ]
Vaccination & Change of Lifestyle
Today, the headaches are not as severe as they were in the first three months after the 2nd AstraZeneca vaccination. However (in mitigation of this "improvement"), I have completely changed my lifestyle eg. I was an avid reader pre 2nd vaccination. And yet, I have not read a complete book since (15mins reading and I start to experience the beginnings of headaches). Any such persistent mental "exercise" elevates the headaches and brain fog. The more complicated and persistent a mental task, the quicker the elevation of the symptoms eg. watching TV / video with subtitles is worse than watching with no subtitles.
There is rarely a day when the syndrome does not affect me in some way. The differing severities of these bouts of headaches and brain fog have gradually "nudged" my lifestyle behaviour to what it is today (see example below in the section 'Forced Change of Lifestyle').
[ Note that I paused here in my writing for some hours... as I felt a headache coming on. There were many pauses while preparing these notes. This would be another definition of "persistent mental exercise" ]
Professor Robert Clancy / Persistent Antigen Prognosis
The syndrome (the symptoms I continually experience) is not directly proportional to my physical or mental activity eg. I avoided mental / physical exertion for some weeks and yet still periodically (every 2 to 3 weeks), I get a bout of headaches and brain fog lasting for 2 to 3 days (sometimes longer), during which I must spend most of my time in bed in a darkened room. This periodic (almost total) disablement aligns with Professor Robert Clancy's theory of "persistent antigen" re-occurrence (youtu.be/SjXJUwbgKeA) - there is a summary of Professor Clancy's findings @ timestamp 17 mins 5 seconds of this YouTube video and details of his proposed treatment @ timestamp 27 mins 6 seconds). Note that I also continue to have at minimum one hour daily when I am incapacitated in some way.
Doctor / Medical treatment
The medical profession in the UK is not just ignoring this problem / syndrome, but they seem to be actively suppressing any possible treatment(s). Upon requesting a prescription for Ivermectin earlier this year, my doctor (General Practitioner / GP) said and I quote, "I cannot even talk to you about Ivermectin or any other 'unapproved' treatment - it is more than my job is worth." I have seen a dramatic change in the last two years from my doctor (he has indicated for example, that some of his colleagues have lost their medical licenses over this issue).^
I had thought that the hysteria around these treatments might have subsided by now (3 years on)... but no, it seems to be worse than ever. I have been attempting to obtain Ivermectin medication "off book" since the medical profession declined to supply me with any. I do not wish to buy online from an organisation that I do not know because ... "who knows what you might get... or what might be contained in the medication".

^ How bad is the situation in UK medical surgeries? Letters that I personally addressed to my GP were withheld from him by management at his medical practice! He is as much of a victim of these forces as I am.
Forced Change of Lifestyle
An example of how my headaches / brain fog have gradually "nudged" my lifestyle behaviour to what it is today follows:
I recently attempted to watch season two of Apple TV's Severance. I watched the first three episodes over three days (no other "persistent mental exercise" during that time). After then suffering elevated headaches and brain fog for the next three days (during which time much of each day was spent in bed in a darkened room), I was "nudged" into a lifestyle change...
[...] Saying to myself each subsequent day, "I would like to watch the next episode of Severance today, but I will delay viewing an episode for a further couple of days... just to be safe... to avoid more severe symptoms". This constant "nudging" reflects how my lifestyle has morphed over the past 3 1/2 years to one of passivity. It is a "pre-emptive" strategy to avoid the worst of the symptoms.
