Good morning!!

I have some good news to share. Have several health issues that led me to the AF diagnosis, one of them being a fatty liver ,( NAFLD). Have been working on this for several years before the AF diagnosis. Finally my liver numbers came back within range!! Im overly joyed about this!!! I was told this is hereditary and there’s nothing I can do about it, Guess what, you can change your stars. Now on the next problem and better living. I hope each of yall recover fully and get to live life to the fullest. Thank yall for listening, have a blessed life.

Hi Newtothos 25,

When we have several health issues they can get us down, so it’s good to hear you happy and having some good news at last. Thanks for celebrating with us.

You are correct, things can change for the better so we battle on. You have won. Brilliant. Keep on going on and take care. Blessings to you also. 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏

Huge congratulations on getting your numbers down. I’m always impressed when people work proactively to improve their own health. What lifestyle changes did you make to bring about that improvement?

I was told about this great food group called vegetables, LOL I literally go out of my way to include them with at least two meals. 1/2 of my plate is veggies, 1/4 whole grains, 1/4 lean protein. I scoughed at this at first, my views on food had to change and I with it. I saw my waistline shrink, so I joined gym to help. Best move I have ever done. Since being diagnosed with AF in February, havent touched a weight because have been restricted to 25 lbs maximum no one will give me a straight answer what I can and cannot do so I walk my neighborhood at a medium pace. Hope this answered your question, have a blessed day.

The more I read the more I realise general doctors/medics know very little about general wellbeing and watch those ranges, which are not to be taken too seriously. I keep records of all tests and put much more store on trends over say 3 years.

Well done. Oddly there was an article about fatty liver disease in one of the womens magazines just a couple of weeks ago. I'd never heard of it before.
