Puled Field Ablation-6 weeks on

Hi All

I was diagnosed with PAF 3 years ago and have been on Bisoprolol and Flecainide plus dietary changes to manage my AF.

The thought of an ablation worried me, however I was lucky enough to be able to have a pulsed field ablation 6 weeks ago. I have to say the process was very simple. I was in hospital for a total of 6 hours, had very little bruising after and have gradually been making progress, with reduced meds and less sensitivity to foods.

I hope my experience will help others to make a decision as I know an ablation is a difficult decision for some, it certainly was for me.
